When it comes to building a business, you can build one alone — but that might not yield the results you want.
You can go fast alone, but if you want to go big, having a team and expanded resources will make that happen.
Let’s face it: we’re only humans. None of us know it all, and we certainly can’t make a major impact on the world all by ourselves.
There is no leader who can be the best at everything — me included. There are so many things that I am not strong at. By leveraging the strengths of other people and investing in them, you are able to make a much bigger impact and difference in the world.
I’ve learned this the hard way. When I’ve tried to do things myself in the past, not only did I not get my business far — I also ran myself into the ground trying to do everything, including things I’m not strong at.
The bottom line is this:
If you want to build a business that’s truly transformational, you can’t do it alone.
