Where to Find Your Followers

When you begin to think of your law firm as an organization capable of building a cult following, it becomes clear how much your clients and potential clients mean to you. So that begs the question: how do you reach them?

Do you know where your followers are spending their time?

While they could be anywhere from the park, the hospital, a concert, or even just driving their car, one thing is certain: your followers are on social media. No matter a person’s age, gender, or political beliefs, the data shows that each platform has a wide range of identities who use them.

The data also shows that digital media usage has been increasing every year, and it doesn’t show signs of slowing down. In fact, as of now, the average time spent on social media is around eight hours — yes, you read that right. So why aren’t you attracting better clients to your law firm?

The unfortunate reality is that, these days, making one post on your law firm’s business page on Facebook just doesn’t cut it anymore. In fact, the possibility of organically reaching a new client continues to decrease year after year. 2021 was so bad that the figure didn’t even register.

The truth is that social media platforms have become pay-to-play. While organic reach isn’t completely out of the question, paid advertising is absolutely going to attract your ideal clients with higher case values.

If your law firm is starting from scratch attempting to reach people with content, you have to be willing to pay for advertising. Ignoring this fact will only cause further issues with attracting the right audience.

So, what will it be? Are you ready to take the steps necessary to have a successful cult following?
