Commitment is Execution

They say that actions speak louder than words. If that’s the case, then are your actions speaking loudly enough to make that statement true?

Ambitions are your words. Commitment is your actions.

Commitment goes beyond just announcing your dedication to your law firm. If you’re not willing to show up early in the mornings, work late into the nights, and even come in on weekends, then how can you say you’re truly committed to making your organization the best it can be?

I’ve known too many people who claim to care about their business, but when a more appealing invitation came around, suddenly it became 5 o’clock somewhere else.

On the other hand, it’s entirely possible for someone to prove their commitment by how much effort they give to their law firm.

If you’re the kind of person who’s willing to continue pushing your firm forward, ready and eager to do whatever it takes to make your vision a reality, then congratulations: you’re a committed law firm owner.

If your ambitions are just empty words, you’re simply not as committed as you say you are.
