One of the best parts of being a leader is that you get to choose your vision.
Where is your law firm going? What are you setting out to do?
Your future can be whatever you want simply because it’s yours.
When defining your vision, however, don’t get caught up wondering if you’ve chosen the right one. Instead, ask yourself, “Is this exciting to me? Will it get me out of bed in the mornings? Will it impact a lot of people positively?”
If your vision is only about you, it might not be compelling enough. When you have a vision that includes helping others, you’re going in the right direction.
Your vision is up to you — so make it count.
